Exchanges & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags.

Here's how:

• Contact us at contact@darjali.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
• We will email you instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
• Pack your jewelry securely in the original product packaging, if possible and send it back to us.
• Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. If you requested an exchange, we will ship your new jewelry to you at no additional cost.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt.
• Jewelry must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Custom made jewelry is also eligible for return or exchange.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
